Terms and Conditions	Please read all the Terms and Conditions. If you have any questions about the Terms and Conditions please contact Gabrielle Boulton Makeup Stylist prior to ticking the box. PLEASE READ ALL TERMS THEN TICK THE BOX AT THE END to accept all Terms and Conditions below:

	1. You need to pay for your makeup trial before or on the day. You need to bring money to your makeup trial or pay via Credit Card
	2. We do not accept Direct Deposit payment of your makeup trial after the trial
	3. An $80 deposit secures your Wedding date Makeup
	4. Your deposit needs to be paid prior to your makeup trial or 14 days after your makeup trial
	5. If a deposit is not paid then we have the right to take on other bookings
	6. If you cancel your booking it must be made in writing (email is acceptable) as soon as possible and the deposit is not refundable but no other charges will be made
	7. If you cancel within 7 days of your wedding the full amount of makeup's booked in will be charged
	8. If you cancel within 30 days of your wedding 50% of the total amount of makeup's booked in will be charged
	9.The $80 deposit does not come off your makeup trial it is deducted off the total amount on the wedding date
	10. If the number of makeup's decrease you need to notify us a minimum of 30 days prior to your wedding date in writing (email is acceptable) or you will be charged for the full amount of numbers booked in on your Booking Sheet
	11. If you decrease wedding makeup numbers on your wedding date the initial quote is no longer valid and you will be quoted a new price.
	12. If you need to increase the number of makeup's please advise us within 7 days of your wedding date incase we need to amend starting times
	13. If you change the location of your wedding date please advise us immediately and travel fees may be charged
	14. Travel fees are at the discretion of Gabrielle Boulton, Makeup Stylist
	15. You will be allocated a start time and approximate finish time for all bookings and it is up to the bride to ensure that all people are at the location at the start time
	16. If persons are late to the wedding location we will do our best to accommodate them but can not guarantee we can do their makeup
	17. If we are coming to a hair salon you must communicate with the hair stylist and work out the best time for us to come to the salon. We must complete all makeup's in the time frame you are allocated for your wedding date
	18. Full payment must be made in one large sum on the wedding date
	19. If persons are paying separately it is the brides responsibility to give us one total amount
	20. If paying with cash bride's must ensure each person has the full amount on them as we are unable to wait while persons go to an ATM.

	COST: Cash payment is appreciated on the day of your wedding and on the day of your makeup trial. A $100.00 non-refundable deposit will secure your booking. Final payment can be made on the day, or if its more convenient for you, payment can be made prior to your wedding date. Costs to be paid via Cheque, Money Order or Direct Deposit. Gabrielle will contact you with these details upon receiving this form. Prices of Makeup Trials and Wedding Day Makeup is listed in the Wedding Information Pack sent out to you.
	TOUCH UP PRODUCTS: I use only professional, long wearing products however touchup products are required for the lips and face to get you through the day and night. Touchup products can be purchased from me at 15% off retail price. Special Bridal packs can be purchased on the G Cosmetics website: gcosmetics.com.au
	*PHOTOGRAPHERS NOTE: Please speak with the photographer and ask what time they are coming. To avoid any stress on the day please allow anywhere between 30 - 60 minutes to get dressed, relax, and do any last minute things!
	TRAVEL FEES: Travel fees apply for location visits more than 20km from the Adelaide CBD. Please contact me to enquire about this cost.
	**MAKEUP TRIAL: A makeup trial is recommended to ensure you get the desired look for your wedding day. A Makeup trial can be arranged at a convenient time for both of us. I try to be flexible with trial times. Maybe consider a time when you have a friend's birthday, wedding or an event where you want to look glamorous! We do not provide a mobile service with makeup trials. They are held at my home at West Beach. Please see page 3 of the Wedding Information Pack to prepare you for your makeup trial.
